Dying for a Dialogue aims to help people make the most of their (finite) lives. We are helping to make the conversation easier for everyone.

Helene previously wrote about the goals of this discussion group, which include coming away with a real understanding of advance directives, completing our own documents, such as the Power of Attorney for Health Care Illinois short form (pdf), and ensuring that our Health Care Agents are aware of and interested in performing the job.

Future discussion topics include home funerals, as well as your digital afterlife. We also may see another movie or two! Join us as we engage in discussions that are essential, though not necessarily popular.
