A community meeting will be held Wednesday on the proposal to convert 4501 North Winchester Ave., the site of the former Ravenswood Hospital, into 74 senior affordable housing units and a supportive living facility with 120 units.
We always knew Swedish Covenant Hospital was “Senior-Friendly,” but it’s official! The hospital has been recertified as a NICHE designated hospital by the Nurses Improving Care for Healthsystem Elders program, which awarded the hospital “Senior-Friendly” status.
