If you’re looking for the best time to pick up essentials, here’s your guide for Chicago.

Walgreens. Tuesday 8-9 am

CVS normal hours

Trader Joe’s first hour of business 9:00-10:00 am every day

Jewel Tuesday and Thursday 7:00-9:00 am

Mariano’s everyday 6:00-8:00 am

Costco Tuesday and Thursday 8:00-9:00 am

Walmart Tuesday one hour before store opens

Dollar General first hour every day

Whole Food  allows seniors in one hour before their standard opening time.

For instance, at Whole Foods on Ashland, the time is 7:00 am.

    2. Connections so you can get and give help while you are at home (yay volunteers!), 
    3. Distractions to keep your mind active and engaged during this extended time at home, whether you are with others or alone.
