Is it Safe to Vote? Mail-in, absentee, in-person—what’s the safest and best way to vote? When is Early Voting? When will I get my ballot in the mail? What else is on the ballot? Chicago Board of Elections Chair, Marisel Hernandez will answer these and other questions about the November 3 election. Ms Hernandez has held various civic positions with the City of Chicago including the Chairwoman of the Chicago Board of Election Commissioners. She also sits on the board of both IIT Kent Law School Institute for Law and the Workplace and the Center for Conflict Resolution.
